The Peter Principle: Employees are promoted to their level of incompetence.

Combine that with what appears to be "Fill the high levels with warm
bodies", and it seems to imply "CoSists are promoted *above* their level
of incompetence"

This is the most evident nonsense ever written by a "manager" on
"management": imagine you are an able military and  you have to enroll a
modern army - not one with sticks and stones -; do you suppose your army
could exist before you train it to shot and use planes and bombs? I never
applied such a debile order in my org: the posts were either hatted, and
people could work, or they were not hatted, and we did the work because we
knew how, till the new staffs had learned.

Yes, so, the CO was a traitor, as nobody she named here could be asked to do
anything correctly!

I knew that orgs managed according hubbie were crazy, but I can better
understand why after having read this. Thanks for posting it. That's monkeys
managing crazy monkeys or nobodies.
