I especially like the bit where it says that you do not send someone on a LOA (leave of absence) to handle a PTS situation. That is: No leave to handle problems. No wonder the org is so downstat. I think that this policy is contradictive to the teachings about dynamics. The Church of Scientology expects staff members to forgo their first and second dynamic situations to concentrate on the third. Maybe if they treated their staff like human beings and granted them some beingness there would not be so many blows. Not one of the three people mentioned below are on staff anymore. One is even an active critic and picketer! HIS NAME IS HEMI *****. THE DATE THE LETTER WAS SENT WAS 8TH MARCH 1998. THE LETTER WAS SENT FROM LIGHTNING RIDGE WHICH IS ABOUT 10 HOURS SOLID DRIVE FROM SYDNEY. I DONĘT KNOW WHEN HE BLEW THE AO BUT IT WAS AT LEAST 5 DAYS AGO. NO ONE IN ACT ORG WAS INFORMED OF THE BLOW. ALMOST SIMULTANEOUS TO THIS MATTER. ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER (GOLDEN AGE OF TECH SUPERVISOR - MATT DENT) WHO WAS ALSO IN THE TTC AT THE AO, WAS SENT BACK TO CANBERRA TO HANDLE A PTS SITUATION ON FRIDAY (6TH MARCH) . ONCE AGAIN WITHOUT INFORMING THE ORG. HE RANG THE ORG ON SUNDAY (8TH MARCH 1998) ASKING TO BE PUT ON A LEAVING STAFF ROUTING FORM. MATT WAS A FUNCTIONING SUPERVISOR BEFORE HE LEFT FOR THE AO. THE STP AND COMPS HAVE BEEN IN A LOWER RANGE SINCE HE LEFT. I HAVE SINCE GOTTEN MATT INTO THE ORG AND HE IS RESOLUTE ON LEAVING STAFF. THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS ARE QUITE DESTRUCTIVE: ONE, OUR REMAINING SUP HAS TO WORK SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FROM 9AM UNTIL 10PM (AS WELL AS DO A WOG JOB LATE SATURDAY NIGHT). TWO, THE REMAINING SUP WONĘT BE ABLE TO GET ANY STUDY AT ALL UNTIL WE MAKE ANOTHER SUP. PER MATT DENT, THE NIGHT BEFORE HE LEFT SYDNEY, THE A/TECH AIDE TOLD HIM THAT DUE TO ALL THE TROUBLE HE WAS HAVING, HE WAS TO LEAVE THE FOLLOWING DAY. PER POLICY, A TTC MEMBER CANNOT BE REMOVED WITHOUT A COMM EV. YET, HE LEFT. ADDITIONALLY, PER POLICY, YOU DONĘT SEND SOMEONE ON AN LOA IN ORDER TO HANDLE A PTS SITUATION. MATTĘS 2D HAD INVOLVED HIM IN A FLAPPY PTS SITUATION WHILE HE WAS IN SYDNEY, AND YET HE WAS ALLOWED TO RETURN. ALL OF THIS IN ADDITION TO THE FACT THAT OUR ESTBLISHED HAS - CASS SAYWELL - WAS QUICKSILVERED TO CLO TO HOLD THE SNR HAS POST IS ENOUGH SEND ONE TOWARD APATHY AS FAR AS R ECRUITMENT IS CONCERNED. ANOTHER REPORT HAS BEEN WRITTEN (TO NO APPARENT AVAIL) ON THIS LAST MATTER. DEAN DETHERIDGE Hey Dean - do you remember ringing me up around this time and getting me to tell Matt that if he did not come in to the org and stay on staff until he completed the routing form that he would be declared? Do you remember tricking Matt into returning full time and putting him on heavy ethics? You love to play the rightous martyr, making everyone else wrong. Was it your fault that the org had no telephone for two weeks recently? Or was that someone elses? (written a KR on that sit yet?) It's a pity that Scientology has nothing to say/teach about compassion, because you really need to learn some. Louise
