                  Electricity's Roger Lamb makes it clear 	that their    
                  financial support was in exchange for the right of first 
                  refusal 	to buy the electrical energy produced by the 
                  wind generator.)

Current market value:   $30,000.00 (on the basis of one genuine   
                                      offer to buy!)

Capital Gain (in 12 months): $12,000.00
	It should be noted for the record that this increase in net 
          worth was achieved through the voluntary efforts and 
          goodwill of the members of the Breamlea Operations 
          Group, both in doing the working bees on site and 
          establishing a firm relationship with CitiPOWER. 
          CitiPOWER is publicly committed to sourcing windpower 
          and Breamlea is currently the only significant source filling 
          their "Energy Bank" with EcoPower. Their inaugural 
          customer is The Body Shop.

Net worth to the ATA (if sold for $30,000)   is thus in excess of
