month and year specified by "mmmyy". The data fields are
                described below:
chardate date in character format dd/mm/yyyy
time time in character format hh:mm:ss ALWAYS EASTERN STANDARD
av_ws wind run in half hour expressed as average windspeed m/sec
min_ws lowest windspeed in the past 30 minutes (5 sec samples)
max_ws highest windspeed in the past 30 minutes (5 sec samples)
dirn direction of wind (degrees from north) Note that Bass Strait
is about 600 metres due SOUTH of this site.
kwh kilowatt-hours (multipy by 2 for average power in kW)
low_mins minutes in low speed mode (8 pole winding of generator)
high_mins minutes in high speed mode (6 pole winding of generator)
switches generator switching events in past 30 minutes
datetime character string YYYYMMDDHHMM of date and time. Note that
              time 00:00:00 on 1 October 1995 becomes "199509302400" i.e.
              2400hrs on 30 September 1995 !
no_shadow windspeed corrected for the fact that the anemometer is
"in the shadow" of the wind generator in wind from the
north-to-east sector. Corrections are ONLY made when the
wind is sufficient to result in power generation - windspeed
is in fact calculated from electrical power data using a
              polynomial expression.

TALKNOTE TXT embedded generators WILL be able to trade electricity in the
new National Grid, but industry acceptance of renewables is
required to make it feasible (i.e. distribution companies)
