<h1>Judge is sued</h1>

<p>MELBOURNE, Monday. - The Hubbard Association of Scientology International is suing a Supreme Court judge, Mr Justice Anderson, and the Attorney-General of Victoria for libel.

<p>The writs were taken out in the Supreme Court today in the name of Mr Ian Tampion, president of the association.

<p>The alleged libel is said in the writs to have been contained in the report of the Board of Inquiry into Scientology, published in 1965.

<p>The writs, issued by Alwyn R. Samuel and Woolf, solicitors, seek a trial by a judge and a jury of six.
